We are also looking for people who would like to be Mystery Customers. There’s no big money to be made on this, but, you can certainly dine out at other people’s expense provided you are able to submit a simple report about your “eating out experience” The clients usually pub and restaurant chains want to know things such as Quality of the Food, Standard of Hygiene, Waiting times between courses, Whether the staff were helpful. If you develop a flair for this type of work you may find a local newspaper or commercial radio station that will pay you for reporting on local restaurants and pubs.
